I met the general manager Jade Marsh a couple years back at a convention. He was very personable and answered all questions I had about insurance and roofing. When he came out, he also showed us other issues that we didn't realize we had and stated they'd be taken care of those as well so we wouldn't have problems in the future.
Sarah was very informative, answered all my wife's questions and let us know when we could expect an appointment and if we went with BDR let us know about when we could get on the install schedule. We were going on vacation at the end of that week so she spoke with Jade and they assured me it'd be taken care of before we left.
Jade Marsh was not only our sales person and point of contact but is also the GM. We felt he was very informative about the process and the products they use and what to expect from the beginning to the very end.
I was worried about us going on vacation and our roof not being finished in time but Junior assured me that everything from start to finish would be taken care of and it was.
We were worried our yard and landscaping might be damaged with the installation of a new roof but turns out we didn't have to worry because they went to great lengths to take care of our property and all trash was picked up to our satisfaction.

We got three bids and after we researched these three companies, we found that one wasn't even located in Kentucky & while the other company was local, the guy who came out wasn't making eye contact and seemed to be more interested in texting the entire time he was talking to us. When I spoke to Jade at Bone Dry Roofing about this, he said he could give me names of a couple other local roofing companies for bids that he knew did good work as well. But he provided us with pictures on his iPad so we knew exactly what he was talking about. When my wife and I met with Jade, we knew we were going with his company. He was all about looking out for us. Honesty sold us. We are glad we used Bone Dry Roofing. They really took care of us.
