A native of Lexington & 5th generation roofer, he spends his off time as a new dad. He says his favorite part of working in our industry is giving homeowners a peace of mind once their projects have been completed. We are very excited to have Zack as a part of our team!
Homeowner had shingles blown off on a small eye brow next to the left of front door. The solution for that was to remove nails, install ice/H2o Shield, and install new shingles in the area. Now that part of the roof is restored and safe from leaks.
A homeowner called in about his valley on the left side of the front door that was leaking. We send Zack Collins our Repair Specialist to take a look and diagnose this problem! He was able to provide a proposal for a solution and we were able to begin work once the proposal was signed and he had been scheduled with our Repair Manager.
The following work was performed in order to solve the leaking problem in the valley:
-Remove valley one shingle on the right two shingles over on the left,
-Install ice and water shield to area
-Install new shingles in valley California style.
Installing a new modified roof over a section of a home in Lexington. We installed a whole new system to prevent roof leaks. We even included downspouts from the upper area of roofing to keep down the unnecessary water flow.
The section of roofing over this bay window in Lexington was due for a replacement. The homeowner wanted to go with something more decorative than the current metal roof. Our specialist wrote up an estimate for a copper roof, and the whole window looks great!
A customer had a leak coming from a section of her roof covered in EPDM. Turns out it had started to separate from her home and needed replacing. The following work was performed in order to fix her leak and get her roof back into working order.
-Installing two squares of EPDM on flat roof on back of home, gluing the rubber together and adding new edge metal
Our team re flashed and shingled around the base of this chimney. Then they wrapped ice guard and new siding all round with new corner trimmings.
