In order to ensure the brand new shingles aren't disrupted in any way, it is Bone Dry policy for chimney repairs & replacements to precede the reroof. Trust in the knowledge base & deliberate choices of Bone Dry to coordinate your next home renovation project!
Sometimes after a chimney is inspected, it only needs minor repair items to help prevent further water entry.
In this homeowner's case, the small leak they were facing was due to water coming in through an aged concrete cap. With regular maintenance, a chimney can continue to be an asset to your home for many years to come!

Chimneys are often overlooked in lieu of more exciting or rewarding projects such as sunrooms or pools. Around here, we think this is hogwash. We consider chimneys just as integral to the life of a home as any other system.
